Redstone Federal Credit Union has announced a negative change to its credit card. Previously the card earned at the following rates:

• 5% on restaurants and gas,
• 3% on groceries, wholesale clubs, utilities, phone, streaming
• 1.5% on all other purchases

The card will be changed to:

• 5% back on a category of your choice (travel, Amazon, restaurants, home improvement, and “more”)
• 2% back on gas & groceries
• 1.5% back on all other purchases

The new changes aren’t on the website yet, but the card itself is only available in AL, TN now.
